Hi, I’m Jessica Kyle.

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor dedicated to providing thoughtful, trauma- and grief-informed care for teenagers, adults, and couples. My work is rooted in the belief that healing happens in spaces where people feel emotionally safe, deeply respected, and never rushed.

I primarily work with individuals navigating trauma, overwhelming life experiences, grief, and major transitions. I also support couples whose relationships have been impacted by stress, loss, or unresolved emotional pain. Across all areas of my work, I focus on steady pacing, nervous-system awareness, and meaningful integration rather than quick fixes.


My Approach

My clinical approach is grounded in evidence-based therapy, including EMDR for trauma processing and Gottman-informed principles for couples counseling. I may also integrate CBT, mindfulness-based, and nutrition-informed perspectives when they support emotional regulation and overall well-being.

Above all, I strive to create a calm, restorative space where clients can slow down, feel supported, and move toward healing in a way that honors their unique story and capacity.
